Terms & Conditions

Any user accessing and using the site of the organization/company will be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions referred herein as such along with the clauses that may be added up or deleted by the Organization/company from time to time.

Anybody not accepting the terms and conditions are not expected to use the site of the Organization/company.

Aditya Computer Training Institute reserves the right to make changes or updates with respect to the contents, design and layout of the website at any time of its choice and without any prior intimation.

Infrastructure Requirement

1. The franchise has to have minimum 300 Sq.ft. to 800 sq.ft. area.
2. Excellent model of infrastructure which is Student friendly, Area should be 300 sqft to 800 sqft or more.
3. There should be at least Two class room of size 100 to 250 sqft.
4. Office room should be approx 80 - 120 sqft
5. Recruiting of Teaching and administration staff.
6. Reception area should be wider enough for proper sitting arrangement of visitors
7. Clean & spacious toilet & washroom facility
8. Sitting capacity per class room - 10
9. Five Computer / Printer with scanner

1. ऑफिस कार्य हेतु 10:00AM से 4:00 PM तक सम्पर्क करें।
2. Certificate, Mark Sheet, I. Card बनवाने हेतु 24 घंटे का समय देना अनिवार्य है।
3. किसी भी प्रकार का पार्सल (Certificate & Study Materials) सप्ताह में 2 दिन सोमवार और शुक्रवार को लगते हैं ।
4. 30 दिनों में कम से कम 2 Admission या 300 रु. के Study Material / Goods का Transaction होना अनिवार्य है।
5. लगातार 60 दिनों तक किसी भी तरह का Transaction (Admission / Study Material / Goods) न होना तथा Aditya Institute Head Office को कारण न बताने की स्थिति में Center Deactivate हो सकता है।
6. लगातार 60 दिनों तक किसी भी तरह का Transaction (Admission / Study Material / Goods) न होना तथा Aditya Institute Head Office को कारण न बताने की स्थिति में बिना पूर्व सूचना के आपके क्षेत्र में दूसरे कंप्यूटर इंस्टीट्यूट को Affiliation देने के लिए Aditya Institute स्वतंत्र होगा ।
7. Admission, Certificate, Marksheet एवं Bill के लिए 9470617788 सम्पर्क करें।
8. Admission Confirm हो जाने के बाद Admission Date Change नहीं होता है।
9. कोर्स अवधि के दौरान Student का Name Conversion या Course Conversion निःशुल्क होता है। Course अवधि समाप्ति के 10 दिनों के अन्दर परीक्षा करवाना Center Director की जवाबदेही है।
10. Student के Certificate के लिए Course अवधि समाप्त होने के 30 दिनों के अन्दर ही Certificate Request भेज सकते हैं।
11. Course अवधि समाप्त होने के 30 दिनों के अन्दर अगर Certificate Request नहीं किये जाने पर उस Student का Details स्वतः ही Passed Students List में चला जाता है।
12. Certificate issued हो जाने के बाद Date of issue से अगले 6 महीने के अंदर ही रीप्रिंट तथा किसी भी तरह का प्रिंट मिस्टेक सुधार कराया जा सकता है । समय समय पर ISO सर्टिफिकेट तथा Aditya Institute सर्टिफिकेट फॉर्मेट चेंज होने के कारण 6 महीने के बाद रीप्रिंट की सुविधा प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी ।
13. जो Computer Institute Aditya Institute के सभी शर्तों को मानते हुए अपने प्रत्येक स्टूडेंट को समय से नामांकन, अध्ययन सामग्री जैसे - स्टूडेंट बैग, प्रॉस्पेक्टस, कोर्स की किताबें, पहचान पत्र देते हैं तथा समय से एग्जाम करवाते हैं, उस क्षेत्र में 2 कि.मी के अंदर दूसरे कंप्यूटर इंस्टिट्यूट को Aditya Institute का Affiliation नहीं दिया जाएगा । ऐसा नहीं होने पर दूसरे कंप्यूटर इंस्टिट्यूट को Affiliation देने के लिए Aditya Institute स्वतंत्र हैं ।
14. किसी भी तरह Transaction (Admission / Study Material / Goods) का Billing होने पर Registered Mobile No. तथा Registered Mail id पर Billing की सूचना भेजी जाती है।
15. Aditya Institute Head Office द्वारा Offer की जानकारी समय-समय पर Mail तथा SMS द्वारा भेजी जाती है।
16. Certificate, MarkSheet, Study Material Speed Post fa No. पर SMS तथा WhatsApp पर Scan Copy Send किया जाता है।
17. Speed Post की Status जानने के लिए इसकी Website https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ पर Track किया जा सकता है।
18. Online Certificate Verification होने के लिए Center Panel में दिये गए Option - Certificate Verification में Student का Marks Details Submit करना अनिवार्य है।
19. Aditya Institute Support Term के द्वारा अगर आपको Support नहीं मिल पा रही है तो आप 10:00 AM से 05:00 P.M. के बीच मोबाईल नं. 9470617788, 9472418788 पर शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
20. मैं समझता हूं कि ऑनलाइन Certificate Request सबमिट करने से पहले परीक्षा मानदंड और Aditya Institute की अन्य शर्तें बनाना मेरी जिम्मेदारी है।
21. कृपया Student Verification Purpose के लिए इन दस्तावेज़ों को सुरक्षित रखें।

3. Student's Aadhar Card.

4. Xerox Copy of Last Qualification.

5. Student's Attendance Register.

6. Final Examination Copy
